Brett Frantz brings more than two decades of experience, deep local knowledge, and a legacy-driven approach to Jackson Hole real estate. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Finance (1992), Brett moved to Jackson Hole in the late 1990s, where he partnered with his father-in-law, the late Ken Gangwer, to form The Legacy Group—one of the valley’s most respected and successful real estate teams.

For over 20 years, The Legacy Group worked with some of the most sophisticated buyers and sellers in Jackson Hole, earning a reputation for integrity, discretion, and market expertise. Following Ken’s passing in late 2021, Brett continued to build on that foundation, emerging as the #1 individual agent at Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty in both 2023 and 2024.

In 2025, Brett co-founded VYSTA alongside business partner Ray Pawlikowski, a successful technology and entrepreneurial leader. Together, they launched VYSTA with a shared vision: to offer elevated representation grounded in honesty, strategic insight, and an authentic understanding of the Jackson Hole lifestyle. VYSTA is proudly affiliated with Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty, pairing global reach with hyper-local expertise.

Brett’s approach is thoughtful, relationship-driven, and deeply connected to the land and community he calls home. Whether representing legacy acreages, ski-in/ski-out residences, or luxury homes, he is known for guiding clients with clarity, discretion, and unwavering integrity.

In the community, Brett is past President and currently serves on the board of the Good Samaritan Mission, which cares for the hungry, hurting, and homeless in and around Jackson Hole. Professionally, he is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and locally, the Teton Board of REALTORS®.
